About Me

I am an ambitious and passionate person with interests for all things IT.
Especially practicing computer science in combination with health topics always gives me a great time.

I strongly believe in collaborating to reach bigger goals and enjoy taking on challenges as a team. When I'm not working I like to exercise and meet up with friends and colleagues.

Despite my young age I've lived in multiple different places around germany and austria.

I grew up in the city of Munich until the age of 14, when I moved to the styrian countryside in austria.

This was a very benefitial experience for my personal development and has turned me into a hybrid between a city child and a hayseed.

One year before my graduation at the Bundesgymnasium Fürstenfeld I successfully applied for the cooperative student program in applied computer science at the IBM Deutschland GmbH, which led me to move to Stuttgart in September 2015.

During my time at IBM I realized that I had a lot more passion for actually working inside the company, learning by doing and making a change which is why I decided to take an even more practice oriented approach and set out to find the perfect company for an apprenticeship in software development, since IBM sadly didn't offer this kind of apprenticeship.

I chose the webfactory GmbH in Bonn where I'm going to complete my apprenticeship by the end of June 2018.

webfactory GmbH

Web Developer

At the webfactory GmbH we utilize the Symfony PHP framework as foundation for creating state of the art websites and web applications for our customers.

I'm mostly working in the backend but also enjoy doing frontend work using modern Javascript frameworks such as Angular and React.

All employees get to attend any web development related conference they are interested in. So far I've been to the code.talks in Hamburg 2016, several Symfony Conferences as well as the the enterJS 2017. I really enjoy these since you get to meet so many other people from the same field and expand your knowledge based on their experience.

IBM Deutschland GmbH
